The two rooms I rent have view to the terrace, which is at the second level
of the house. This make them quite independent from the firs level – where I live -. The two rooms function as small apartments: they are equipped with all the necessary commoditiesfor an independent life.

Each of the rooms is equipped with:

TV with cable
Heater and electric fan
Kitchenette with electric oven
Telephone with independent phone line
   (you can make your calls using a card)
Shelves, chairs and closet
Sheets and blankets
Wireless internet

You can use the freezer, fridge and the washing machine. There is a complete bathroom at the terrace, which is shared only by the two occupants of the two rooms.
